The quality of our product is paramount.  Only the finest raw materials are sourced.  Accordingly, all coffee products use only the very best 100% Arabica coffee beans.  We will not use low grade Arabica beans, and will never ever use Robusta coffee beans in our coffees.

Robusta coffee beans are used by many of the larger producers to pad out their coffee. Why would you want to obscure the flavor of a good quality Arabica coffee with a cheaper Robusta coffee, don’t ask us, we don't know the answer to that question either.  Well actually we do, it’s purely cost. 

We would never do that to our customers, and accordingly use only premium quality Arabica beans. These also form the base for our immensely successful range of flavored ground coffees.

The coffee beans are slow roasted in small batches to fully develop flavor and aroma, and to reduce toxins such as tannic acid; the bitter element in coffee.
